  Poor Housekeeping Management and Rude Front Desk Staff

  Extremely disappointing experience at Exe Cities Reforma.I returned to my room around 2 PM and found that it had not been cleaned. The front desk assured me it would be cleaned before 3:30 PM, but that promise was never fulfilled.At around 4:10 PM, housekeeping knocked on my door. I immediately replied that I would open the door right away. Less than one minute later, when I opened the door, the staff had already left, leaving only the cleaning cart outside.I went downstairs again and spoke with the front desk staff member Monserrat, who simply told me that housekeeping service had already ended. Instead of apologizing or helping solve the problem, she implied that it was somehow my fault for not opening the door fast enough — despite the fact that I responded immediately and opened the door within about a minute.What shocked me even more was her attitude. When I explained that I had paid a high hotel price and expected proper service, she responded by saying this hotel was “cheaper than others.” This is completely unprofessional customer service.Throughout the entire interaction, there was:- no apology- no accountability- no attempt to resolve the issue- no respect for the guest experienceFor a hotel under the Eurostars brand, this level of service is unacceptable. The broken promises, rude attitude, and lack of basic hospitality made my stay very unpleasant.I hope management seriously reviews both the housekeeping management and the conduct of the front desk staff.

  Nice Quiet Safe Hotel

  Nice quiet hotel in the busy Reforma Norte of CDMX. Located off a quiet side street. The staff are great, very accounting, since the rooms do not have fridges they store my milk in the small on-site restaurant.

  «+»Overall, good looking updated and ideally clean hotel. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Very big and remodeled Deluxe King Room that I stayed in (#4006). Large window in my room, which brought a lot of natural daylight inside. Big comfortable King Bed. Nicely designed bathroom area divided into a long big sink area, a glass shower stall, and a toilet separated by a door. Reasonable hotel rate (I paid approximately $83 per night with all taxes included). Nice hotel location in the center of Mexico City.«-»Very slow Wi-Fi, which completely disappeared from time to time. Only one slow and tiny elevator in the hotel. No refrigerator in my room. Very small closet with just a few hangers. Uncomfortable bed pillows. Tiny shower stall. Bad quality bathroom amenities. No toilet brush in the bathroom.

  This place claims to be a 4-Star Hotel? There is absolutely nothing that can be recommended here. Building is four storeys with ten or so rooms on each floor, some of which are half the size listed in the description. The keylock to the door never worked. It was broken, they failed to fix it. The door was unlocked one entire night, another time I was locked out. The extent to which maintenance has been neglected here would make anyone think this establish is on the verge of going under. The issues are too substantial to be attributed to simply inept management. But 4-star? There’s no pool, no fitness center, no restaurant (other than breakfast serving area), no lobby, Nothing!

  large room, and airy feel. window that opens allowing fresh air. air-conditioned. I needed a chair to put tee shirts over the back! bathroom modern and clean, but hot water slow to come thro and never really gets hot enough. bed comfy/towels ok. friendly small hotel ambiance and tough to beat at the price.
