    Where do I begin? I foolishly booked this hotel through my favorite travel site without reading the reviews. After I DID read the reviews I feared the worst but hoped for the best. It was the worst. The floorboards had gaps everywhere. The closet looked like it was from 1979. The walls were cracked and dirty. Stains on the lampshade and couch. Cracks on the closet door. The bathroom sink was held together by a massive layer of caulk. The bed LOOKED clean but as soon as I sat down on the mattress and felt all the lumps and coils, I imagined that it, too, hadn’t been changed since the 80’s. I’ve done cute little motel stays that didn’t border on anywhere near fancy, but this was just gross. The pictures on the website are a complete misrepresentation. I don’t know what’s in anyone coin purse or what kind of life experiences they’ve had, but I’m shocked that this hotel managed to get any positive reviews at all I stayed for about an hour and half then FLED.

    The room was very big, with kitchen and leaving room, it was enjoyable to have lot of space. But the room was very old and it was mold on the walls in the bathroom and on the canevas on the bedroom wall. The building itself is old compare to other hotel in Mexico. The elevator … 😅 such an adventure to use it, it is definitely not in proper condition but it works.

    Had read reviews after booking + feared the worst but absolutely no issues at all !! Hotel is not like the photos on website + is old + tired but shower great, restaurant downstairs excellent for breakfast or cocktails + mariachi, staff very friendly + helpful . We were on 6th floor + little city noise not a problem at all, would happily stay again if possible ? 😊

    First things first: this hotel has an excellent location, especially for business travelers. Also, they have a pretty fantastic breakfast served at the restaurant next door. However, that’s pretty much where it ends. The rooms are old and dilapidated, the bathroom tiles were moldy, and the air conditioner had not been cleaned in a long time. In addition, there is no safe in the room, so you have to be careful with your valuables. The staff are nice, but they won’t go the extra mile for guests so be prepared.

    Pictures are not the same as reality, Bathroom shower was full of soap scum the bathroom and the room lack cleanliness coffee maker was clogged, room dusty, bed was comfortable, room was a good size, excellent location, room comparable to a $ 50 hotel. Staff very friendly but had no interest on solving the issue of cleanliness.
