    Very clean hotel in the center.Was here for an expo, just 10 minutes away from this hotel.Has all facilities that's needed for a business trip.Nuce heated pool, gym, good bar and restaurant with an amazing breakfast buffet.Attached to a huge mall with enough restaurants.Will definitely stay here again next year.

    Location is perfect, I had the chance to visit Toreo Shopping cause the hotel is inside this mall. Room service was always impeccable, breakfast with a very immersive Mexican experience, front desk personnel very thoughtful. I recommend it 100%.

    Amazing hotel with a mall!!

    Excellent experience. The attached mall is a HUGE plus!! You can find anything there, including a super market on the bottom floor and great restaurants. The area where the hotel is located is not safe (I’m originally from Mexico City and the only reason I stayed here was cause of work), so just don’t walk around outside the mall. Finding the hotel entrance upon arrival is almost impossible. There is very little signage and no one outside to help. To finally get to the lobby you have to go up two different sets of elevators (on the left hand side of the mall entrance). Breakfast buffet is $400 pesos (it’s good but overpriced. I ate breakfast at the mall restaurants most days). Great rooms and great gym, which I used every morning and gets full.

    The hotel was good and located within a large mall which made shopping easy. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to communicate in English. The room was very clean and the beddings comfortable. I'll recommend the hotel to a visitor going to Mexico City.

    The hotel is placed between garbage dumps in the dirtiest and loudest area of the city. The smell is awful inside the building even with perfume they use to dump sewerage smell. Note about the staff: the security man followed me to the ladies room and was super rude and untitled asking to leave the hotel because i did not register my booking before visiting the toilet. Awful.I think if Fiesta considers this hotel enough to follow their standarts they should lower the price twice to the hostel rate. Because its what it costs.
