    I stayed for some days on this hotel for work.The attention from Personal is ok.The location is good, is near or inside a mall, so many food options there.The bed and the furnitures are Ok, the bathroom is not so good, the shower is old and it is quite complicated to make it work, the water pressure is not good.Daily they give you only one 355ml bottle of water.For the gym, you don’t have water and don’t have towels, once you are there you need to call to front desk in order to ask for water and towels, if you ask for a bottle, they bring you a mini bottle of water. This is really ridiculous, it spends much time waiting for the water and towel, one day I waited about 35 minutes. If you start the day doing exercise, it can ruin you easily.I had to go down to pick up my laundry because they were not able to charge it to my room, so 6 am in the morning need to go to the front desk and pay for your clothes (as if you could escape with no paying it) and then take the clothes to the room by yourself.The heating system in the room didn’t work, it kept freezing all the time.Several days my room card was not working properly and I had to go back to the front desk and ask for re magnetize again. After I complain about this, I think they fix it.The breakfast is ok, if something is missing or over, that’s it, there is no more. One day, there was no coffee, and even when there was coffee the last days it tasted like an instantaneous coffee, not what expected.There is a coffee machine in the room, but if you use the first coffee, it is not recharged automatically in every room service, you call to service desk, and have to pay for the coffee! What is the purpose of having a coffee machine then??In my opinion this is very ridiculous, I’m not sure if is the same in the whole chain, but is not what I expected.     The rooms were spotless. The staff was professional. The only bad experience was one day did not have ANY water in the morning. I had to come back in the afternoon to get cleaned up.     Very friendly staff, clean rooms, Good location. It's right beside a large mall, with restaurants and good stores. There is not a lot else to do in this location, so it depends on the type of trip you want to do.     We would definitely stay here again. The staff was really nice well secured it was really clean and accessible. The location was great cause we were next to a mall that we enjoyed to visit. It was also close to the airport.
