    My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Galeria Plaza Hotel Reforma. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help us start our mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from El Angel de la Independencia, Castillo de Chapultepec, restaurants y actividades para divertirse.     Small and noisy rooms

    Great location within zona rosa, two blocks away from El Angel. Very walkable to restaurants, cafe, and even anthropology museum. We were on the 8th floor and were woken up every day by the traffic and honking happening in Reforma. Rooms were extremely small but they had everything we needed. Unfortunately we found a small roach in our bed on our last night which kind of tainted our whole experience. The staff was attentive and offered to give us a new room.     Amazing service from staff...felt like home

    Spent the week at Galeria Plaza. Great location. What really stands out is the service from bellhops, security, front desk staff to room attendant's. We spent the money for the executive club which is so worth the money. Great food selection to start the day and beverages thru out the day. Jose León was outstanding at helping me and my family. There were 6 of us and he remembered all our names and was super attentive. Yahir and Astrit provided amazing service. They all made our stay amazing and can't wait to see them on our way back to the DF.     Great hotel in the heart of the city

    Stayed at this hotel with family over Memorial Day weekend for 5 nights, and it was worth it. We booked over email with a reservation specialist who helped us with the various room categories. We decided on the Executive rooms to have access to the Brisas Lounge, which was worth it. Breakfast was nice every morning and having access to the happy hours was nice as well. My husband and I got lucky that our room was on the 10th floor and on the same side of the elevator (even number room) as we did not hear any noise at all besides the soccer win celebration for Cruz Azul. My other family members stayed in various floors, 7th and 9th, and had odd number rooms (rooms on the opposite side of the elevators) and they heard noise from bars and clubs at night. So beware and try to make a request to stay at a higher floor room and an even number room if you are a light sleeper. Overall, it was so walkable from this hotel that we would stay here again!
