Location

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the exclusive financial and commercial area of Mexico, near the forest of Chapultepec. The establishment is some 20 minutes by car from the historical centre of the city. It is also close to shopping centres and museums such as the Rufino Tamayo Museum, National Museum of Anthropology, Museum of History and the Museum of Modern Art. It is also just steps away from the beautiful ‘Paseo de la Reforma’, one of the most important avenues in Mexico City. The National Institute of Fine Arts is some 3 km away and the historical Zócalo main plaza about 20 minutes from the hotel by public transport. The city of Toluca can be reached in around 40 minutes by car and the beach in Acapulco in about a 4-hour drive.

Facility

27 junior suites, 36 single rooms and 18 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     I stayed here for a week on a business trip. The room had recently been refurbished (in fact they were still refurbishing a couple of levels), so it was really. Ice and new. Facilities wise, they is a smallLobby bar, which wasn’t the busiest or most atmospheric when we were there but was fine, a small gym and pleasant restaurant for breakfast with a nice view to the castle. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. NormalHotel services post check out luggage storage etc, although when I was having a problem with my phone and asked the man on the desk to organise an airport taxi for me that seemed to cause a challenge. Luckily I managed to get my uber app to work! My room was nice, the bed comfy, I think probably a standard size double so may be a bit small if you were travelling as a couple. Shower pleasant as the bathroom had just been refurbished, water temperature a bit hit and miss but always bearable. The location great, the neighbourhood feltsafe to walk around in and it was probably 5mins walk to Chapultepec park, so great for exploring. Overall a nice stay and I would be happyto stay again.

    Located very close to Chapultepec and with very friendly staff. A lovely experience! Very quiet and peaceful area, even with construction. Ubicada muy cerca de Chapultepec y personal muy amable. Una linda experiencia! Zona muy tranquila y callada aún con construcción.

    Okay hotel. Not super fancy but has most of the things you need. If you call asking for them to fix something, they just send the maintenance guy up without telling him what you needed, so you have to repeat yourself again. Mostly friendly staff.

    This was definitely not Hilton standards. Rooms were very poorly kept. No amenities. No coffee machine in room, no cups, no shampoo, no body wash. Nothing! Basic room with many many issues. First time I've been this disappointed in Hilton. I stay in Hiltons regularly so I was very surprised with its condition and lack of amenities that are basic to any hotel! Stayed in room 202 and 209.

    My spouse and I got in late from a very long trip into the city. We wanted to shower, rest, and fall asleep while watching a movie. When we walked in the room had no bathroom amenities. We called room service for the missing items. Then we notice the tv remote was missing. Again, we called room service. However, once we turned on the tv we notice there was only two channels available. The tv was a smart tv but couldn't used any of the apps as the internet was down and wasn't going to be available until next afternoon. We also notice the room was dusty. We stayed one night and left.
