Would stay again
23 Jan 2026
We were in town for business and this was a great place to stay. The rooms were so nice and had lots of room. The bathrooms were very clean. The shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. Loved the small details such as the floor night light. Its connected to a small mall which also has a grocery store if you forget or need any items. I'd stay here again. Only complaint is thr towels are very rough.

Best bartender = Hilton Santa Fe!
30 Aug 2025
If you’re ever at the Hilton Santa Fe, make sure you sit at the bar and ask for Cesar — he is hands down the best bartender in Santa Fe, Mexico! From the moment you walk up, Cesar makes you feel welcome with his great energy, friendly personality, and quick smile. His drinks are not only strong and perfectly mixed, but he adds that extra touch that makes the whole experience fun and memorable. Whether you’re looking for a classic cocktail or something creative, Cesar knows exactly how to deliver. Amazing service, amazing drinks — Cesar makes Hilton Santa Fe shine! Roberto Carrillo, Promocionar at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, responded to this review Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that César helped make your experience at our bar truly memorable. His energy, friendliness, and dedication to crafting excellent drinks are qualities we value deeply, and we will be sure to share your kind words with him. We’re glad you enjoyed both the service and the cocktails, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Hilton Santa Fe for more great moments.

Stay away from the restaurant - worst service ever
22 Jul 2025
Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. Good working desk, appropriate lightning. Restaurant is hideous. Food is hideous, everything tastes the same, no seasoning other than cilantro. All dough is undercooked.Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Lunch buffet is cold, tasteless and carelessly served. The worst part is the the restaurant staff. They will seat you in front of a door that is constantly opening/closing subject to cold wind just to prevent from walking 30 steps to the next sitting area. Waiters are rude, careless and don’t care to slow down speaking went talking to a foreigner.Stay away from the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Samara mall has better options a its food court with similar service (except you won’t be paying as much). Roberto Carrillo, Promocionar at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found our rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable for work we truly appreciate your kind words. We’re very sorry to learn that your experience at our restaurant did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the food quality, service, and seating arrangements are deeply concerning. This is certainly not the level of hospitality or care we aim to provide. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our food and beverage team, and we are already taking steps to address the issues you've raised. We are grateful for your honesty, as it helps us improve and provide a better experience for all our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and offer a more enjoyable and complete stay.

Good first impression
25 Apr 2025
Lovely lobby and amazing staff. Ceiling to floor windows were nice but made the room very hot in the afternoon. Like a saunaTowels were old and bad color. I had a hard time using them. At night bathroom had a septic tank smell Other than concierge and front desk mostly everyone spoke only Spanish - which is ok because it’s a Spanish speaking country. Bit of serving US Visitors then more English options were needed. Including on television. Couldn’t find any English speaking tv. Roberto Carrillo, Promocionar at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.We’re glad to know you enjoyed our lobby and the service provided by our concierge and front desk team. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding areas where we can improve. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, such as the heat in the room, the towels, and the night time bathroom odor — please be assured we are reviewing each point with the appropriate teams to take corrective action.Regarding the language barrier, we understand the importance of offering more English-friendly options for our international guests, both in service and in television content. Your comments are very valuable and help us continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an even more pleasant stay.Best regards

Great stay due to excellent concierge service
23 Mar 2025
I had such a great experience at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe last month thanks to concierge staff member Giovanni, so I booked again for my next visit to Santa Fe.I checked in and was surprised to run into Giovanni again! He greeted me as soon as I arrived, remembering us and giving us an incredible welcome. Even though his shift was almost over and he was ready to head home, he went out of his way to help with our luggage and make sure everything was OK for our stay. Giovanni has an incredible sense of anticipating guests’ needs even before they ask, and always greeted us with a bright and friendly demeanour. Staff like him are the reason the hotel feels so warm and inviting. That said, I did experience a few downsides. It was nearly impossible to reach the front desk by phone (when Giovanni was not there), and when I did, the calls were often cut off before I could finish speaking. When I asked for ice, it was handed to me with a visibly displeased expression, which made me uncomfortable. Also, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room, maybe due to a party that was occurring on the rooftop. Overall, thanks to Giovanni, I had a positive experience once again. With a bit more attention to service quality across the board, this could have been a perfect stay.(Giovanni absolutely deserves five stars! ★★★★★) Roberto Carrillo, Promocionar at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, responded to this review Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are truly delighted to hear that Giovanni made such a positive impact on both of your visits. His dedication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are exactly the kind of service we strive to provide, and we’ll be sure to personally share your kind words with him — he will be thrilled to know he made your stay memorable once again. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the challenges you experienced during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the phone communication issues, the discomfort when requesting ice, and the lingering smell of smoke in the room. Your comments have been shared with our management and relevant teams to ensure these matters are addressed and improved upon.Thank you again for choosing Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe. We’re grateful for your continued trust and look forward to welcoming you back for an even more seamless and enjoyable experience.Warm regards
