    The hotel room was on the main avenue side and the noise was unbearable. I requested a refund and am still waiting to hear back from the hotel.     Good for a stayover

    Its an okay hotel for a night over. Rooms are confy. very basic breakfast, and hotel restaurant. But it works well. Just dont get high expectations. Shuttle service is okay but I found the hotel a little further then expected from the airport.     Don’t expect great service or “express”!

    I called this hotel SPECIFICALLY 4 weeks before I made my reservation, and inquired about their airport shuttle service ( website said they had none- odd for an airport hotel). I am an IGH member, and liked their small discount. They assured me that they DO have airport shuttle service. Today when I called them from the Mexico City Airport ( Terminal 1) they said they hav no service. I asked for them to REFUND the cost of the taxi I had to take to the hotel, and they refused. So this cost me a lot of hassle, anxiety and an extra $450 pesos (about $25 USD). They could have told me to get a taxi receipt when I called them from the airport and I confronted them about this, the manager was consulted. Still, no go. Do NOT stay here. There are many other choices, such as City Express.     Better than expected

    Clean and comfortable hotel. Learned the hard way that a lot of airbnb and hotels in South America don‘t have hot water and was nice to have a HOT shower after a week of traveling. The continental breakfast was served from 6:30 -11 am, a lot of good options beyond the traditional fare. Service was great. Overall no complaints.

    We came to visit our friends at the hotel to walk together to an event across the street they asked for the persons name and he can let us up, we gave it to him and then he said no they have to come down and get you which they did and then the manager decided to charge us $600 pesos per person to go up, even if it I was for one hour. Which we aren’t paying that just to wait…horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend.
