    Great Place to stay - exceeded My Expectations!!!

    We spent a week at the Holiday Inn Express Toreo, Mexico City in November 2025 and it was great. The staff were exceptional - from the front desk, to the restaurant, to housekeeping - any questions we had or help was addressed right away and in a professional manner. We can't say enough about how kind and genuine the staff were! Thank you Jesus, Ninet, Israel, Alejandro, Eduardo and all of the people who were so good to us!!Our room was perfect - quiet, large with lots of storage, plus very comfortable beds! There is a perfectly adequate gym - my husband used it a couple of times and felt it met his needs just fine.AND breakfast is included! We both thought it was really good! I loved the fresh fruit, granola and yoghurt, while my husband went for the more traditional hot items. Great way to start the day! We also had a number of dinners in the restaurant. We stuck with the traditional Mexican fare and it was very good - plus the beer and house red wine were excellent!The price very reasonable, and depending on traffic (which can be UNBELIEVABLE) is relatively close to shopping complexes. There is a pharmacy, a few restaurants, bank and a convenience store within a block of the hotel.The only downside is that the location is more industrial than I would normally look for. That being said, the City is so huge that using taxis or ubers is pretty much necessary anyway. The front desk set us up with a taxi service - our driver, Mario, was absolutely SUPER!!

    The room was very well appointed comfortable and clean. One of the best showers that I have experienced out all the hotels that I have stayed in.The staff were very helpful and pleasant and ensured that we enjoyed our stay.     Good option to an insecure zone

    We stayed at this place because we needed to leave for Huixquilucan very early. We were told that the area is ugly and unsafe but the hotel is perceived to be very safe.It is very basic and with what is necessary to spend a few nights. Its best attraction is the location (by the way, avoid entering the city) is clean and has safe parking.     Can't give 5 stars, cause of the location. The location does not look pretty. The hotel looks like new. Room is quite large and bed is comfortable. They should have noise-canceling windows.
