Avoid this one if youre looking for comfort and cleanliness.

    rating23 Nov 2023

Awful plumbing noise all night long and the room felt unclean. There was a big stain on the carpet in front of my bed. The top white (yellowed and stained) bedspread was never changed or washed during my one week stay and I doubt between guests. The shower head was mouldy and there were never enough towels since the design of the shower gets so much of the bathroom floor wet. There is a 50/50 chance the shower will be hot when you use it. The man working the front desk is quite rude, unhelpful and is probably overworked as hes never not there. Guests suitcases fill the lobby much of the time and it feels quite chaotic. I didn't bother trying the restaurant on site as I was rather put off by the front desk staff. The rooms feel claustrophobic with the vinyl wrap stuck over the windows so you can't really see out. I really didn't enjoy my time here and I don't recommend it.

Great stays for almost two years!

    rating24 Jul 2022

For almost two years I have been staying at this hotel. Centrally it is in a good place. It's within walking distance to a greak bakery across the street, a coffee shop half a block, an Oxxo one block and some good restaurants all within walking distance. The bellmen are great and pretty friendly with one remembering me because I leave a coffee maker for my personal use. Front desk pwople are usually pretty friendly and professional. The outside of the property and parking area are well kept and clean. There is free parking on site for guests. The rooms are very clean an well stocked with free water daily, good towels and clean bedding. I've found housekeeping very friendly. Theres one housekeeper, an older lady whos very sweet about stocking the room and any extras needed. I'll be sure to get her name when Im back in Sept. There are a few misses though. And this isnt meant to slam the hotel just some ideas to make it even better. The mattresses can be harder than most I've slept on traveling. I think this is a México thing as Ive stayed at other properties around the country and theyve all had hard mattresses. It would be nice if there was a loyalty program to encourage repeat stays. There's no coffee pot/maker. Like I said before I bought a coffee maker and leave it for my use when I stay. Providing even a one cup maker would be great. One last thing to make the room great, an iron and iron board. A lot of my shirts need to be ironed. I could buy the stuff and leave it but that might be a bit much. So now I bring a small steamer with me and it works well. Despite the small things listed, as long as staff are friendly and rooms and property are well equipped and clean I will continue to stay here.

    decent basic hotel

    rating29 Dec 2019

Apartments very basic but nothing to complain. Breakfast was served-type when you have to choose - eggs, cereals or pancakes. Personnel speaks English a little. Hotel surroundings were dissapointing but to be on the bright side it’s in a walking distance from fashion streets and restaurants. There are two supermarkets in close proximity.

    Disappointing experience

    rating24 Oct 2019

When we got there, the staff seemed uninspired to receive us. We had to almost have an argument to get the breakfast that was included in our booking. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Hair in the shower and soap stains everywhere. They alao have a policy that they clean your room within 6pm, so when we got back in the late afternoon our room was still not being cleaned. There are many hotels in Mexico City. Our advice is to avoid this one.

A very well located hotel with a great team, a place to recommend and not only: a place to come back. Congratulations to the complete staff and special mention to: Karla, Rebeca, Veronica and Fernando (Front Desk); Roberto, Pancho and Ivòn (Restaurant); Zakid and Josè Luis (Galley) and the great Maria Elena Garcia Alvarez (Housekeeping). Thanks to all and wait for us..Agnese and Eduardo
