Enjoying a stunning location in the heart of Mexico City, this hotel is located around 3 km from the city centre as well as from the historical centre of the city. There is an underground station in front of the hotel and just two blocks from the hotel, guests will find a medical centre as well as the Plaza Exhibimex. Within around 10 min guests will find the World Trade Centre and well-known streets such as the Reforma. Within around 1 km, guests will find the Cultural Telmex, the Pabellón Cuauhtémoc is around 300 m away and the international airport is around 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

9 junior suites, 3 suites, 37 single rooms and 127 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Hotel is in a good location, very friendly services, valet parking was always on point, very clean.The only feedback that I can give is changing the yellow lights for white light and it will give the rooms a different vibe and changing the shower heads for newer ones.

    Friendly door guys and the location is fantastic. Although I took Uber the public bus stops right in front. Plus it's not too far far the airport. If you need a hotel with great value then Benidorm it is. It's a not a 5 star but I'd stay there again. The only complaint I have is the pizza from the restaurant below. Not good at all.

    The hotel's location is very near to many areas in mexico city.The staff is always friendly and helpful, specially the restaurant's staff!!A turibus also picks tourists at the hotel's door in the morning before they start their circuit.

    The hotel was great form the Check In to the check out, friendly staff, great rooms , great food at the bfast buffet and lunch buffet, rooms are clean and spacy and just have been renovated. The location is super great, lots of great restaurants in walking distance , La Roma area , historical and authentic, safe , I can recommend it !!!!

    Hotel is at good location.Rooms are big and clean .Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful.There are near by Indian Restaurant which was very good for me.There are near by Markets also for shopping.Also there a Hotel Restaurant where can get good food.Thank You Team for good stay...
