We had a wonderful stay at the Canada Central Hotel, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received.A special thank you to Laura, our room attendant, who was exceptional throughout our stay. From the very first day, she took great care of us and made sure our room was always spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and whenever she saw us, she would always ask if we needed anything or if there was anything she could do to help.Laura’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel very comfortable and truly at home. The location is oerfect to enjoy all things CDMX! The rooms were clean, and the staff turned over the rooms every day. Breakfast was delicious and bar availability was very convenient. Thanks to Laura, Melanie, Estefania, Jacqueline, Daniel, Hilda, Ivan, Esteban, Miguel, Odin and the room service for 6th floor.??. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning. This was a last minute adventure fitted in from the yucatan so I had no plans other than to enjoy the city . A huge thank you to the staff of this hotel who are fabulous from breakfast till late evening . Magnificent Mexico City

Our stay at Hotel Canada Central was perfect for our needs.We stayed there for two weeks to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of Mexico City. With our hotel being perfectly situated to some of the most important tourist attractions, it was a great start. Breakfast on the 7th floor terrace enabled us to see the mountains in the distance and the magnificent flag flying in the plaza de la Constitución just a short walk away.The buffet breakfasts were a tasty start to the day, fortifying us for all the walking and cycling that lay ahead.Metro stations are a comfortable 10 minute walk away and we were able to traverse the city and see so much.The iconic Canada Juice bar next to the hotel can be very busy at weekends, so if you want to try out their fare then pop in late afternoon if it looks less busy.Our room was cosy without being too small, made even more comfortable by the ability to pop upstairs to the dining area, where the buffet breakfast is served. From here it was possible to plan the next days events whilst enjoying the complimentary snacks and drinks that the hotel provide, throughout the night. They also make a great Margarita.All the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning service was thorough and appreciated but we really must highlight Nelly and Sheraline, the two young ladies who are the concierge service at the hotel. With us not having much Spanish at all they were incredibly helpful when it came to organising doctors to visit the hotel and then booking taxis and researching nearby specialists that we needed to see due to health concerns brought on by the altitude. Their care, attention and prompt action helped ease our concerns. We really cannot praise their help and support enough. Sometimes at night depending on your room it can be a little noisy but we accepted that as part of being in a very central and busy location in what is a very noisy city!Overall, Hotel Canada Central really is a marvellous location with genuinely kind and helpful staff. If we ever return to Mexico City that would be our hotel of choice.
