This charming hotel lies in the leisure district of Mexico City just 15 minutes walk from the city centre where guests will discover many bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene.

Facility

The hotel has 142 rooms, including 14 suites and 112 double rooms, which are located on 22 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.     The location is just perfect for us. It is accessible to any places you want to go especially to the Golden Angel which is only 3 blocks. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. It is pet friendly❤️our rooms are clean. The price is very reasonable since we stayed for 5days. The amenities is very good except for the pool😊 in the picture it looks big but its not thats why i have only 4 stars⭐️the breakfast buffet is amazing👍 we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Love Mexico city❤️

    Our stay at the NH Mexico City Reforma Hotel was great! The room was lovely, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had excellent guidance and support from all of the staff, especially from Jesus, Braulio and Erick, among others. Next time we visit Mexico City we will definitely stay at this hotel!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection Mexico City Reforma. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, with Ilse at the front desk deserving special recognition for her warm and friendly hospitality, while Emmanuel, Edgar, and Ramon at the inhouse restaurant provided highly attentive and accommodating service. Additionally, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly climate-controlled, complemented by an inviting and comfortable hotel lobby. The property’s ideal location places it just steps away from currency exchanges, grocery stores, and dining options. As a recommendation for future enhancement, providing a self-service laundry area would greatly benefit guests during their stay.

    Eric was incredibly helpful during our stay at NH. He welcomed us when he first arrived and he went above and beyond assisting us with an unrelated issue and was kind and patient.
