100 rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     I went to their website to make a reservation from April 28 to April 30, when I hit the payment bottom it changed my reservation for December 28 -30, I immediately called the phone number in the web page and they told me that page was not the hotel booking and that I have to call another number.I called and they offer me no refund, this was just the time it took me to call them, because I immediately call them.

    The worst experience in all my life

    Horrible. Really, a nightmare. Old building, poorly restored. The air conditioner is a portable one, bad installed and can't give you cool air with 23°C temperature. In a whole week, I only could get my room clean 3 times.     A small hotel with no luxury but clean rooms, has a small restaurant with decent American breakfast. 2 blocks from the independence angel. Good for alone business travel.     The hotel is well located with many restaurants near by and easy access to taxis. That being said, the rooms are only so so. They are fairly large, suite like rooms but there were a few things I found irritating. The towels are VERY scratchy. The rooms seem quite old and although maybe renovated there are many things that I think look dirty but may just be because they are old. Unfortunately I left a sleeve of medicine on the counter top and they must have thought it was garbage because when I returned someone had thrown it out. I could take my medicine that night or the next morning due to my very early departure. The walls are very thin, I could hear a horrible argument in the room next door as the guest fought, made up and fought again. The staff was very nice but unless I'm in a pinch I'm not sure I'd stay here again with other options readily available in the area.     That is the only thing I found in this hotel.Rooms were not as clean as they should be.Breakfast was less than average.Smallest TV I have seen in a hotel room in a long time.But it is well located: one block from the Angel (El Angel de la Independencia).I do not recommend it.
