  Very good for short trips

  This hotel is not far from airport. The area is safe, there is park across the street where people go for a run or walk. The rooms are quiet and spacious. They have a budget-friendly Mexican restaurant at the lobby which serves tasty tacos among other local dishes.Most importantly, the staff at the reception, particularly Luis, are very courteous and helpful while showing high level of professionalism.It's a good value for money option.

  This is a central place located 30 minutes drive from the airport, ideal for business trips. Luis and Alexandra at the front desk are amazing! They are not only very professional and courteous, but also they helpful.   Bed/pillows are comfortable. No microwave, no complimentary breakfast, the coffee is only complimentary until 6:30 AM. No vending machines and purchasing a soda is $5. The hallways are hot - I would never stay here in the heat of the summer. No hot tub. The bathroom door is a barn door that doesn't completely shut. AC temp never completely cooled to selected temp. For the price/room, I do not recommend this hotel.   Our hotel experience was quite nice. Our room overlooked the mountains and the sunrise view was spectacular. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was a good choice for breakfast and lunch. Located conveniently close to the Autobuses Del Norte estacion.   I stayed in room 154 the night of Thursday, October 6, 2022. I paid 650 pesos, which converted to $32.53 (USD) when I paid with my debit card. I chose this location because it is near the bus station and I just needed a place to sleep after traveling almost twenty hours from Tapachula. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, even without heat or AC. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. My only complaints were that there were no windows, or other natural light, and the toilet didn't flush properly, so I had to fill the waste basket with water and flush it that way.
