This charming hotel is located at the heart of the Zona Rosa in Mexico City's leisure centre. It is just a few minutes walk to the city centre and many shopping areas with all types of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the near vicinity.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1896. The hotel has 26 junior suites, 48 single rooms and 155 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Food: variety, every few days they change a few of their hot items. It’s mostly buffet style, with an omelet station. Service: we were fortunate to have Raul as our waiter for most of our stay.     Cozy Hotel in a great location

    The customer service was incredible, the hotel is a bit old but well taken care of. The rooms were pretty clean. And the part that I absolutely loved is the decoration it felt so cozy and it had a lot of history from the 1900s as it has also a historic museum within the hotel. The hotel had class and the vibe in general was amazing. I also loved the Breakfast at the buenos diaz restaurant and the location was just perfect, a lot of restaurants close and didn't feel unsafe or noisy.     Uncomfortable and not really safe

    Room water brown. Most staff difficult to work with as they dont care. Wont give receipts for payments and staff gives two different instructions. Also locks doors at night and have to fight just to enter premise. Really unsafe behaviour for guests.
