  Not good

  28 Jan 2024

The hotel is next to the highway so it is VERY noisyThere is not enough parking spaceThe facilities are clean and well mantained, but very cheap. There is no place to put the clothes inside the bathroom and the water flow in the shower is poor.Breakfast is good, buffet style

  Good Choice for Teotihuacan

  11 Apr 2023

There really aren't a lot of choices if you want to stay near the ruins of Teotihuacan. This one is more than adequate if you're not looking for luxury. It is clean, comfortable and has friendly staff. It also has a pool, although we did not use it. It is located just a short walk from the downtown area. It also has a very good restaurant. It does not, however, have air conditioning in the rooms. It was cooler when we were there so that was not a problem, but we have been to the ruins before in the summer when it is blisteringly hot so that may be something you may want to think about. It was also a bit noisy. Noise echoes in the halls and there was a very rude bunch of people who arrived late one night and were making a lot of noise in the halls for quite a while.

  Very basic

  12 Feb 2023

While this hotel was clean it is also very basic. The rooms are no frills with a bed a coffee maker and a bathroom. Nothing terrible but not resort stay at all. It served our needs as we were basically just sleeping there. It was decorated oddly with paintings of women breastfeeding. Very odd.

  Not An Understanding Experience

  13 Mar 2022

The hotel was not at all understanding when our guide was exposed to Covid and had to quarantine causing our trip to cancel. We would have expected better customer service from this property. We will never recommend nor consider staying on future trips.

  Great location and that's it.

  19 Oct 2021

The good: If you're planning to visit the pyramids and want to get to the highway fast, this is a good location.Room for improvement: Food is alright, rooms are very outdated but functional. We stayed in a suite of sorts, the layout was weird and the furniture a bit old and worn out. Bed felt hard, not really comfy. The cleaning service do a good job though. The bad: I do not recommend getting the "private dinner" as it consist of the staff setting up a table inside your room (which seems weird as they have gardens and other open spaces for that), then a couple of waiters give you the whole three-course meal just like ordering room service and then they leave. Nothing special at all. They did not offer any alcoholic beverages, but we were told we could bring our own bottle (which they charge an extra if you ask them to open it).My wife and I had to eat the same apetizer, main dish and dessert, since we usually like to order different things to try more of the menu, this was a weird restriction. Food was good but not remarkable.Staff provides the basic service without being friendly. When we asked more information about other things to do they didn't provide any info (I found more info from the guard at the parking entrance), the SPA was closed due to COVID restrictions which is entirely understandable, but when we asked about other locations to get a massage they didn't know any (and the attitude showed that they didn't care even to look it up for us afterwards). There was a pool but we didn't use it. The garden looked pretty. Parking is exposed in the front, so I suggest do not leave anything in your car.
