    Great location but very noisy

    The location is great but the hotel is quite old and the rooms are dated. There were not enough towels and a couple of bulbs were out. There was some road construction going on outside our room and it went on all night long. It was extremely noisy. We asked the front lobby to change our room when we could not sleep and they said that they can not switch our room until next day. we had a very poor experience with the front lobby staff. The staff hardly spoke any English and was not very helpful.

    Good if you need a place to stay, it’s old and it feels old but great location, and sleep was amazing. You can get to famous places just by walking and bus or eco bicycles are next street.

    Old outdated hotel for the price. Don't get caught with the breakfast trick. It's a big scam. Breakfast means one coffee and old fruit plate and a rock hard sandwich. That's all. What a waste of money. But location is good. Still so many nice hotels around for better price. Don't ever get caught with this breakfast scam in hotel imperial reforma

    I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
