    Overall, it’s a nice hotel in a good neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of Roma and Condesa, where we spent a lot of time since that’s where many of the trendy restaurants are.Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, but they often open up to 10 minutes late. I wish it started earlier—around 6:00 or 6:30 AM—which would be more convenient.They recommended a tour company that took advantage of us by charging for our toddler, even though children 5 and under are supposed to be free. I suggested that they stop recommending that company. I also wish I had researched the tour company more beforehand, as it has many negative reviews on Facebook for being dishonest and taking advantage of customers.Housekeeping cleaned the room well, but they never provided enough towels, so we had to request more each time. Our soap dispenser also ran out; I even removed the top so they would notice and refill or replace it, but they never did.The Wi-Fi was not very strong and lagged frequently, so I would not rely on it for Zoom meetings.Overall, the front desk staff were friendly.     Beautiful property, conveniently located. The Mercado across the street was a fun place to shop and pick up necessities. Make sure and hit Comida Perlita for lunch. Soup, Jamaica punch, spaghetti with cilantro and your choice of ten entrees for 75 pesos. What??? Yep and it’s great.Our room was beautiful. Maid service was excellent and we tipped accordingly. Front desk was super helpful.Excellent breakfast buffet. Great service at all times from the bar/restaurant staff.The neighborhood is packed with places to eat, a beautiful park and has a great vibe.Love this area. Very reasonable prices everywhere including this beautiful hotel.Safe area too.     The location is convenient. Overall the service was very good. The room was spacious. On our day of departure, the hotel staff were more than willing to secure our luggage as we had a later flight. This allowed us to do a bit more exploring. I would stay here again.     Great personnel, clean but with opportunities

    Let's start by saying that everyone in the hotel is courteous, kind, helpful and attentive. The hotel is properly clean and they do give attention to make sure you have what you need. Also the buffet breakfast is quite vast and the restaurant is fairly priced. The contrast is a clear downside on a couple of thigs. The internet is bad, and I mean bad. Unfortunately, this means that watching tv, sending e-mails or even browsing on your phone can be a hit-and-miss scenario where you can't rely on the network. The second element is there are a couple of things that need maintenance.     Excellent location to walk and visit condensa, la Rome and Coyoacán. decor is a little dated but very clean. Friendly service from the reception to cleaning staff to wait staff. Adequate breakfast but nothing special Would stay there again. Fair price.
