Best Bartender/Mixologist
13 May 2026
We stayed at the Hotel for five nights, and it was a pleasant experience overall. But what really stood out was the bartender/mixologist, Isaac, who made the most amazing drinks and provided excellent service. Each cocktail was paired with a small bite that enhanced the flavor of the drink. We ended up going to the bar four nights in a row! If you’re anywhere in the Roma area, you should definitely stop by for beautifully crafted cocktails. Anabel Alvarez Garrido, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Hotel Marbella, responded to this review Jamargulies, thank you very much for sharing your experience. We’re glad to know you had a pleasant stay with us and that your visits to tStir Lounge became such a memorable part of your trip.We truly appreciate your kind words about Isaac and the cocktail experience. Your comments have been shared with the corresponding area, and we’re happy to know the drinks, pairings, and service made such a great impression.Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.Hotel Marbella

Greedy Hotel
13 Apr 2026
We had an illness issue and could not stay for the 4th night. HM lied to our agent that we checked out at 1:00 when in reality it was 10:00 and the reason had been explained to them. Anabel Alvarez Garrido, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Hotel Marbella, responded to this review Philip, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your situation and hope you are feeling better.Regarding your request, please note that refund processes are managed according to the conditions of the reservation and the platform through which it was made. In these cases, the final decision may depend on the booking channel. That said, we understand your concern and it is possible there was a misunderstanding in the process. We are reviewing the situation internally and will continue working with our team to strengthen our service and communication standards. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.Hotel Marbella

Excellent place to stay
31 Mar 2026
We loved staying at Hotel Marbella. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Our room was very clean, safe and quiet. The staff even helped us connect with a private driver for our event. The front desk is friendly and always has someone there. The location is perfect and many amazing places within walking distance. Even at night it feel very safe. It is close to the hospital so you can hear sirens ,but never from the room. We will stay here again. Anabel Alvarez Garrido, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Hotel Marbella, responded to this review Arsimes, thank you very much for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to know you enjoyed your stay, especially the cleanliness, comfort, and the support from our team. It’s great to hear that our staff was able to assist you with your arrangements and that you felt safe and comfortable throughout your visit. The location truly allows for easy access to many places on foot, so we’re glad it worked well for you.We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.Hotel Marbella

good, relatively comfortable1 stay for the price
03 Jan 2026
Good, relatively comfortable1 stay for the price. Safe and central location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.Very large hotel room and bathroom so there was plenty of space for us. The only bad thing was the bed- it was very large but the pillows and mattress are hard and not very comfortable, After a long day of walking in the city it would have been good to get some better sleep Anabel Alvarez Garrido, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Hotel Marbella, responded to this review Au, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the central and safe location, our breakfast, and the friendliness of our team, as well as the spacious room and bathroom. We appreciate your comments about the bed, pillows, and mattress; feedback like this helps us continue evaluating options to improve rest and comfort after a long day exploring the city. We truly value your visit and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.Hotel Marbella
