    Excellent service! Great location, beautiful facilities, the pool indoors is great, the World trade center is only one block walking distance. Then Karina Castro and her team always pending to any request, definitely 10/10 recommendation!!

    It’s the seventh year that I stay at Novit and it’s one of the best experiences that I have, as a frequently traveler. All staff is so friendly and helpful. Juan Pablo was so kind and solicit, even before my arrival. Strongly recommend if you are staying at Napoles.

    personal is very friendly, particularly Armando, who was a great help. He helped me with perfection instructions on how to move around, etc.. the rooms are very clean and the location is excellent. convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

    Exceptional customer service in front desk and in general. The bellhop was specially attentive and helpful and went out of his way to be of service. Super efficient and courteous staff. Wonderful restaurant and comfortable rooms. Loved the bedding.

    Kudos to Angel! Thank you very much for helping me to get a SIM card - I speak no Spanish and don't know to do it. Angel was very proactive and took me to 7-eleven next door to do so when I seeked for help at the reception. All the staff at the hotel are very helpful!
