  Quality hotel in the centre for decent money

  Slept here one night between flights. There are no global complaints: quick check-in, pleasant staff, large rooms, everything clean and neat, the bed is huge and comfortable, there is hot water in the shower, noise insulation is sufficient, and there is even a safe (which hotels of this price category, $40-50 per night, is rare!). Breakfast is included in the price, with good coffee. It is located in the historical center, near the central square. From the outside the hotel looks very strange and obscure, the passage to the reception through the parking lot (!), but inside - quite normal!! And then there's the pet-friendly hotel, which is valuable for travelers with animals! The downsides are not very significant, but present. The first is the absence of even a small bottle of water in the room or a water cooler in the hallway/reception. Second, breakfast is very basic: eggs, cereal, beans, chilaquiles. There were no cheeses and sausages, no sausages, no sweet pastries, only sweet and juicy pineapple from the fruit) and watermelon (tasteless). You don't expect much from breakfast for that kind of money, but fruit and pastries could be added...Thirdly, there was no adapter at the front desk for the outlet, we had to go to the mall.   Good option in the center of Mexico City

  I was now in November 2025 and liked the experience at the hotel, so much that I extended one more night, the hotel is not luxurious, but it is clean, had daily Room Cleaning Service, good location for those who want to stay in the center (near the Pinos station), there is a well varied breakfast, hot water in the shower, parking, finally. (many hotels are dirty and full of bed bits / in addition to being many motels and say hotels, pay attention.)It has no air conditioning - I don't know how it looks in summer, but it has a ceiling fan, as I came in the cold season, it was okay not to have air conditioning in the room. Big and super comfortable bed with thick and soft blanket, 3 clean and new pillows, large and well-divided rooms, with safe, TV, table, phone, drawers, cabins, huge mirrors, to borrow the hair dryer The water from the tap in fact is very weak, but it did not interfere in anything at the time of brushing your teeth. They offer Dove soap and shampoo.Breakfast cafe I found very varied and tasty, every day had something different, the kitchen and saloon staff are very attentive and friendly!!!!You can keep the suitcase, they have a male with control. It has 1 elevator, 4 floors, non-smoking rooms. It has a menu option selling drinks and snacks. The wifi oscillated pretty much... depending on the area of the room didn't work.Negative point: the acoustics was not good, several times there were people in the hall talking and given to hear everything... if you give the luck of catching a noisy neighbor, you can probably wake up with the noise like I was.   Very happy with the service and attention. I loved the service provided by the restaurant staff. Thank you for everything and we will definitely return.   A hotel that's a little out of the way when you don't have a car, it's difficult to know where the city center is (15 minutes on foot). Spacious, clean rooms, very nice king size beds.   Mexico City’s Hidden Gem

  We stay here a couple of times a year as we travel through Mexico City on our way elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and always remember us. The restaurant is convenient and delivers good basic Mexican and American food. The rooms are large with king size beds and very clean.
