  Great value close to World Trade Center

  Overall great value within walking distance to WTC in a safe neighborhood. Very large room with kitchen. My room had a balcony also. Internet worked well even for Teams calls. Iron and hair dryer in room. Breakfast good except for the coffee. I couldn’t get the safe to work.

  I stayed here as a last minute booking for a night. Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel staff is attentive and the room was spacious and clean. You can tell that the hotel was recently renovated. The booking of the hotel includes free breakfast. The breakfast is nothing special but does get the job done. The hotel is located in the Benito Juarez neighborhood of Mexico City. It is extremely close to the Pepsi Center, and you can even walk there if you are attending an event. The neighborhood is nice and very safe. There are several great restaurants close by and there is a weekend market that sets up just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Mexico City.

  In overall the experience was good, it was only until my last few days I had a bad experience, on a Saturday afternoon one of my last days in CDMX I had decided to chill in the rooftop with my partner and two other friends, just a couple drinks to ease out the end of my vacation, when we got there, it seemed like an event was going on, we didn’t really cared for it and just sat in one of the free tables, we were just talking when a waiter came over and asked if we were part of the event, I stated that we were just a couple staying at the hotel, then he told us it was a private event that a company had rented the rooftop for, a woman from a table beside told the waiter it was okay and that they didn’t mind, a couple minutes later the hotel manager came by and asked us to leave, I tried to reason with him, stated I had already paid for a service that specified I could use the rooftop whenever needed, told him we wouldn’t bother other people or even grab any of the drinks and food they offered as we had brought our own drinks, he was really stubborn and rude, told us we couldn’t be there as it was a private event, he even threatened to cancel our reservation if we didn’t leave, with no option we left back to our room and waited a few hours until the event was over, I stayed here for a week and they seem to do this kind of events quite often, it was pretty common to see photo shoot sessions daily and people that weren’t guests coming in and out so think about it if this could be an issue for you, other than that, the rest of the workers were pretty nice, we did had 3 days without internet but I don’t think it was the hotel’s fault, the location is very good and centric.

  Great hotel, as long as you don’t need wifi

  The rooms are nice. The building is nice. The staff is nice. The WiFi is the worst I've had in CDMX. The wifi doesn't work in the bedroom, only the living room, and even there it sometimes cuts out 4 times an hour, and sometimes 40 times an hour. Each time for 2-3 minutes. When you're connected it's fine, about 20-30Mb/s, but you may only have that for a few minutes.

  I loved J.towers hotel suites they have everything you need in your suite. You can cook you can have drinks in your living room big windows. Love the bathroom the accommodations are the finest you will feel like your living in Mexico City in the best version, I whish I could have a flat like my suite at JTOWERS. Location service and accommodations are the top of this hotel it’s for everyone Thank you i really enjoyed my stayed and the mini bar 100% !! Good wine and snacks!
