Location

This luxury house is located in the Polanco district of the city just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Guests may enjoy wonderful views out over Chapultepec Park and a diverse selection of shopping venues, nightclubs and cultural venues, such as museums, are located in the near vicinity. Many top-class restaurants are to be found on the nearby Mazarik Avenue and the Zona Rosa is a short distance away. It is just one block to Reforma Avenue, one of the longest, most beautiful streets in the world and the National Auditorium that lies adjacent to the hotel offers a perfect venue for concerts and other special events.

Facility

312 rooms, including 6 junior suites, 11 suites, apartments and 201 single rooms, are available to guests in a 26-storey main building and an 18-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts.     We had an excellent stay. The service at this hotel is excellent, friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and well appointed. We did not use the gym, but it seemed well equipped and cared for. We did use the pool, which was delightfully warm. Restaurants within the hotel are expensive, but there are many options within a few blocks walk. It is in a really terrific location, being a short walk from Chapultepec Park and just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Park. We would certainly return.

    Excellent! Great staff, polanco area is incredible, across from park, gym is great, pool area is good and lounge was closed but gave us access to hotel restaurant. Room and bed are great!

    The JW Marriott Polanco delivers a high-quality experience from start to finish. The hotel has been renovated, and the updated rooms and common areas feel fresh and upscale. The bar and restaurant are excellent and convenient for both drinks and meals. Service was consistently great, and the location is ideal—very close to everything Polanco has to offer. A comfortable and well-located choice for business or leisure in Mexico City.

    Must be one of the worst Marriots I have stayed.Flew from Miami where we stayed at the Edition,being a Convoy member immediately recognised as a valued customer, in JKW Polanco d not expect to be greeted as they haven't a clue about guest relations,The Hotel is bland and unless you have to stay there avoid it, why on earth should anyone pay US $1.000 for this property, there are far more better hotels in Polanco I had a reservation. for second stay end October I cancelled it I recommend Casa Polanco Mariana Pineda, Guest Services / Front Office at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco, responded to this review Dear Kucho26Thank you for your feedback.
