    The premises are gorgeous! The renovations improved the comfortability of the venue including the rooms.The best part is the delicious all-you can eat breakfast and the fantastic service provided by Montserrat and the music performed by Fernando provided the best ambiance! Location: very convenient. All sorts of food options and entertainment around and quick access to the main highway.

    Least one bad experience for every day in this hotel. The stuff promise everything and then do nothing.

    The hotel staff is terrible. There’s no refrigerator in the room, so we requested one. They brought one, but it broke the next day. We reported it, but they did nothing, so everything inside spoiled. They promised to reimburse the damage, but they never did.For two weeks there was no proper water pressure in the bathroom. Sometimes there was water, then for minutes there was none, then the pressure came back again. Showering like this was quite an experience.The four of us sat down in a quiet, secluded place to play cards with a beer each because it was raining outside in the courtyard, and the bar was reserved for a private event. A security guard appeared and told us that inside the building we were only allowed to drink beverages purchased at the bar or restaurant. Since playing cards wasn’t allowed in the restaurant and the bar was occupied by a private event, he forced us out into the rain under a cheap cold tent.At breakfast, the buffet is not properly refilled. For example, it’s very difficult to get eggs, and the soft drinks run out quickly without being replaced. A few days ago, one of the staff members dumped a huge crate of cutlery onto the table next to us during breakfast and started sorting it there among the guests. The next day, while you’re trying to eat breakfast (between 7 and 8 a.m., during peak hours), the cleaning staff places a dirty mop bucket right next to your feet. How bad does a “free” breakfast have to be if 80% of the team would rather go elsewhere to buy breakfast instead?The pool is not disinfected, at most once a week.Laundry service is extremely expensive, and they even lost our clothes once.

    Great experience food was great and Adriana and all the other waiters are very welcoming.During the breakfast Fernando plays his piano and make it an even better time.

    so wonderful! the food at the breakfast was delicious but the best part of it all was fernando’s music. it was such a vibe and everyone starting singing along as he passed lyrics around. me and my sister teared up at how lovely and happy the atmosphere was
