    The good:The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and gave 5 star service compared to another nearby hotel I was recommended and ultimately ended up giving up on due to their poor service, among other issues. The bad:I booked a room that had two double beds, and they were both uncomfortably firm, like it seemed like there were no springs in them whatsoever and might as well have been boxsprings. They have no give and are hands down the firmest mattresses I’ve ever laid on. If you sleep on your back, this might be good, but as a side sleeper, I could not get comfortable and they ended up hurting my back from not conforming to any of my pressure points at all. It was so bad that I could not sleep at all and felt like a zombie from the lack of sleep.The toilet would leak water every single time it was flushed.Another thing to note is the wi-fi. The first day it seemed to work on and off, but then was useless the next day. I ended up having to check out early because of these issues, as much as I would have liked to stick it out. Also, the hotel was difficult for some Uber drivers to find and the area did not feel very safe. Like someone else said, it has a lot of potential and could be great if it were updated. As is, it felt like going back in time and living in the 90’s. It was a very weird feeling. Dealing with Hopper, who I booked through, was another issue. I used to use them and used to like them. I will no longer be booking through them in the future, as then turned out to be a huge disappointment when I had issues, and failed to get back to me.

    Very good hotel The excellent cleaning and very safe jasmine took care of my sanitiso room and I leave everything very clean in the restaurant everything was very safe I hope to return again thank's I really liked the attention of all the employees Rodrigo Dominguez, Otro at Mision Toreo Centro De Convenciones, responded to this review Good afternoon we appreciate the choice in this your home we hope you will visit us soon

    We stayed here for a week while attending a conference which provided shuttle service from this hotel. Otherwise this is a bit far hotel from where we needed to go daily and bus/ taxi sometimes circle a couple of times to find the right entrance!Hotel is very good, safe and neat and clean: high point of staying here for us were its very very helpful staff: special mention goes to Alejandra in restaurant who was of tremendous help every day! My personal gratitude for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. Breakfast spread is just so good! So filling and so yummy and cafe is to die for! On reception desk Galilea, Joselyn were highly professional and so so so helpful. Thank you both for all the help and problems you solved for us where we stayed there.Rooms are big, really big and well maintained.     Other than its location (no market or eating places around it and even Uber drivers find it difficult to locate it), it is a great place to stay in. Rooms are spacious. But housekeeping can improve a lot. Soap etc was not replenished daily. Despite language problem staff at the reception and restaurant was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous. Lot many dishes to choose from. Alejandra was too good. She became more of a friend than just a hotel staff. Had a great time!     Plenty of opportunities to shine

    My first review a year ago, I mentioned about the inhability to connect to their wifi, well this time I did, but the speed and stability is poor. The time taken to prepare your dinner is still to much, about 1 hr.
