Disappointing Experience

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, and it was always a good choice. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room, and after sorting that out, I finally got the correct one. However, the room had a musty smell and was not clean at all. The bed sheets were stained, like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guest, and there were hairs in the shower. Additionally, there was dirt next to the bed, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. I chose this hotel because of its good reputation from previous visits, but it clearly didn’t meet that standard this time. I’m unsure if I’ll return in the future. The hotel was good, comfortable, cleaning, the best is the location near for the key sites as angel de la independencia, historical center by car and the staff was very kind specially Joel Montesino’s, in another hand Breakfast was simple but just to take before go. Staff Truly Shines

This hotel is fantastic. As someone who isn't fluent in Spanish, the staff - specifically Daniela - was incredibly helpful & made it a great experience.The room was clean, neatly organized & had a great terrace. Nice hotel, rooms are a little small but comfortable. Great location shopping, restaurants are very close.Daniela at the front desk was very helpful to me and my husband. Overall everything was good. Definitely l will stay again. Gay friendly hotel. Customer service is great. Staff is very nice. Daniela is very courteous & was very attentive to my needs. There are other staff who covered the night shift & the breakfast buffet area that is very helpful also. Room is just right, meets my needs.
