Location

This hotel is situated within the most important shopping, tourist and financial area of Mexico City. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be reached in only a few minutes walk, as can the Independence Monument and the National Anthropology and History Museum. A bus stop may be found only 50 m from the hotel.

Facility

12 junior suites, 22 suites, 142 single rooms and 125 double rooms are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     The location is just perfect for us. It is accessible to any places you want to go especially to the Golden Angel which is only 3 blocks. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. It is pet friendly❤️our rooms are clean. The price is very reasonable since we stayed for 5days. The amenities is very good except for the pool😊 in the picture it looks big but its not thats why i have only 4 stars⭐️the breakfast buffet is amazing👍 we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Love Mexico city❤️

    Our stay at the NH Mexico City Reforma Hotel was great! The room was lovely, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had excellent guidance and support from all of the staff, especially from Jesus, Braulio and Erick, among others. Next time we visit Mexico City we will definitely stay at this hotel!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection Mexico City Reforma. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, with Ilse at the front desk deserving special recognition for her warm and friendly hospitality, while Emmanuel, Edgar, and Ramon at the inhouse restaurant provided highly attentive and accommodating service. Additionally, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly climate-controlled, complemented by an inviting and comfortable hotel lobby. The property’s ideal location places it just steps away from currency exchanges, grocery stores, and dining options. As a recommendation for future enhancement, providing a self-service laundry area would greatly benefit guests during their stay.

    Eric was incredibly helpful during our stay at NH. He welcomed us when he first arrived and he went above and beyond assisting us with an unrelated issue and was kind and patient.
