Staff was polite.

Our experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, a week later. We were on one of the top floors. The view of the city is beautiful. Traffic noise was minimal. Cleaning of the room was not every day, but if we needed something. The staff quickly responded. I recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the bus line. Gahel Aguilar, Guest Services / Front Office at Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center, responded to this review Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay from check-in to check-out, especially the beautiful city view from the top floor and our convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We also appreciate your understanding regarding room cleaning and are glad our staff was able to respond quickly whenever you needed assistance. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit.Novotel WTC Staff.

Good time in Mexico City.

The place was nice, comfortable, and clean. The location in one of the best areas of Mexico City, is great if you like walking or riding a bike, Skipping traffic. The fact that it’s just in front of Insurgentes Av, makes it noisy, especially when trying to get some sleep. For some people may be not a problem. Breakfast buffet was okay with good variety of foods. Waiters always kind and friendly. Glad they have cab secure services from the hotel to different places, including to the airport helps a lot. Gahel Aguilar, Guest Services / Front Office at Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center, responded to this review Dear Fred,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s wonderful to know that our setting made it easy for you to explore the city by foot or bike, helping you skip the traffic. We also appreciate your kind words about our breakfast buffet and the friendliness of our restaurant staff — we’ll be sure to share your compliments with them.Regarding the noise from Av. Insurgentes, we understand how this could affect your rest and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused. While some guests enjoy the vibrancy of our central location, we’re always looking for ways to improve the comfort of all our guests. For future stays, please feel free to request a room in a quieter area of the hotel — we’ll be happy to accommodate your preferences. We’re glad you made use of our secure cab services — your safety and convenience are very important to us.We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon.Novotel WTC Staff.
