    Do not waste your time Terrible place, I had to leave after two hrs of my arrivalThe rooms are old , very tiny , blinds don’t work and dirty, windows don’t close properly, cold wind comes into.Towels older then my grandpa, This is not a hotel, it’s like an apartment building . It reminds me like a dorm at collegeOVER PRICED

    We stayed at this hotel at the worst moment of the pandemic and yet we felt extremely safe.Everything was extremely clean and constantly sanitized.There were many doctors staying at the same hotel and yet we returned to Brazil without having taken COVID.

    This hotel was in a great location close to alameda park, palacio de bellas artes and centro histórico. Facilities in the hotel were all good apart from you could hear neighbours a little in the night. The breakfast wasn’t great but there was a lot of options available. Overall happy with our stay here and the staff were friendly

    In general the service was excellent except the breakfast time.The quality of the food was great but the quantity of eating was not enough to cover the amount of people for breakfast. Space also was not enough for the amount of people.

    Descent hotel. The location is excellent , very close to the centre. The staff was very friendly and willing to help although many of them didn't speak english! My room was located in the first floor. Lots of noise from the street. Breakfast was very good with variety of local tastes BUT not enough space for ecerybody to sit .extremely crowded and noisy enviroment.
