  This is what you envision when you think “boutique hotel.

  A gorgeous spot in a 100-year-old building, 5-minute walk to the big park, upscale neighborhood. Breakfast included, where they squeeze the oranges in front of you. Luxurious extras, such as a heated floor in the bathroom. And a staff that is helpful and supportive without ever being obsequious.It's truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.   Short Stay in Mexico City at a Wonderful Boutique Hotel

  We had a lovely stay at Orchid House Polanco during our first trip to Mexico City. It is a very special boutique hotel very well placed in quiet gentrified Polanco, perfectly located within easy walking distance of Chapultepec Park, the Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Castle, and several other major museums, plus great restaurants and shops. Don't miss the Museo Tamayo & Museo de Arte Moderno! All the staff were extremely kind and the rooms and service were impeccable. Truly a 5+ star place.   Charming house with indifferent, bored and rude staff

  The location is good, the house is OK, yet we are far away from a five star experience. Some of the rooms are very, very small. The restaurant is rather unspectacular and the breakfast without particular care or dedication. Overall is the stuff in different which is very untypical for Mexico if not to say rude. The house has a certain charm but particular the front desk is very unfriendly.   Nice place in a quiet neighborhood.

  The entire building is beautiful. Our room had a private balcony which was really special. The restaurant was lovely and the service was great.
