  Next time, I would rather stay at a hotel farther, than to return to this hotel

  First impression was very positive. The hall is very impressive with nice furniture. Very helpfull employee at the front desk. However, after the small and tight lift to the 2nd floor, the deception starts. The hallway to the room has an old carpet. I would say smelly. The room is old fashioned. Very large. The King bed was at a corner and there was a huge open space beside it. Could do some push-ups and exercise there. Probably sometime in the past there were there a couch or a sofa. The furniture is old, but OK. I was at a front room and the window would not be enough to restrain the traffic noise. But the worst was that in that huge room, there were only two lamps. One at the bedside and another at the desk. The room was very dark. To unpack my luggage at night had to use the mobile light. It was quite cold, around 10 oC during the night. Another surprise, the old AC showed a sticked label "apagado" for the heating. No heating. In the morning another deception. There was not hot water at the shower. It was a little warmer than cold, but cold enough to make you just walk through the shower.   The good restaurant "Los Volcanes"

  Last weekend, my husband and I went to a restaurant called “The Volcanoes” in Tlalnepantla. They have a delicious buffet in the morning, where you can taste many foods among which are traditional Mexican dishes, fruit, juices etc.36I ordered some enchiladas of mole as a main course, they brought a lot of chicken,they were completely covered in mole (it is worth mentioning that I asked them to please68make me the mole dulce) and as a garnish refried beans with tortilla chips. Drink ordera lemonade. Would go back I loved the food and everything !!

  Needs remodeling pronto.

  Stayed overninght on a business trip, at first impression the hotel is Ok, the lobby is clean and well done, staff is attentive and agreeable. But the first hiccup was that there was no elevator to get to the parking lot, so we had to take the service elevator to get up to our room. The hallways felt cramped and dirty, there was a smell of old cigar in the air that we couldn't ignore. Also, the route to our room was dark and badly illuminated. We had to change rooms once because our key didn't work and we got a corner room which was less than welcoming, but the other room we got was also a corner room, even though I specifically asked for anything but that. The room itself was average, old furniture, old carpeting, old curtains, very old AC. But the thing that disappointed us the most was the shower, no pressure whatsoever, it felt like showering from a leak on a water tank. This place needs remodeling ASAP. We didn't use the pool or had breakfast in the hotel, but heard other guests say it was awful and not worth the price they paid for it.   I stayed only for one week because the services are badly deficient.The laundry service spoil two of my shirts by losing some buttons. The food taste the same and the buffet is mainly leftovers from the day before, also the building and rooms are old in comparison with other holidays.The transport (that is included for my company) was late 4 times, in one time they don't even bother to pick us up.An employee told me that a dump is near, that is why every night smells so bad. The worst, is when i spotted a bedbug on my bed, in the last night of the whole week!   Ok, not near anything

  The hotel is ok, however it is not near anything. When I was choosing a hotel, I looked at this one and the Crowne Plaza which was relativity the same price.The Crowne Plaza is downtown in the heart of everything.The holiday inn, has a restaurant and the breakfast is not included, it cost 140 for me is is expensive. Some of the food look as it was left over from the day before?The rooms and furniture is older than most holiday inns. There is not air conditioning, so it does get hot in the room when you are not there.
