Good location. Pretty rooms and ammenities. I could hear everything my neighbor did. Even placing a hanger on the closet. The Hotel is nice, The view Can be Better, The service On The lobby In The Afternoon Can be more servicial. And maybe we can have a pool or more services because it’s kind of boring, but it’s a great place to stay, and in a great location. Extremely clean. Very comfortable. We have enjoyed our time in Mexico a family vacation our stay at Real inn was safe relax and quiet. Employees who clean rooms need training

Except for one chubby employee who was very professional, worked hard and cleaned carefully, everyone else was unprofessional, either didn't run the water or didn't clean up the garbage or didn't put out the bath towels, missing this and that! Staff lack of training, unprofessional, the front desk a full of concern, swipe the card does not first confirm the amount of money with the guests, room cleaning either forget to put the water or forget to put the bath towels, etc., the overall impression is unprofessional.
