This pleasant hotel is situated in the leisure district of Mexico City, just 3 km from the city centre where guests will discover an abundance of bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

413 rooms, including 10 suites, 180 single rooms and 211 double rooms, are located on 23 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.     I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was extremely slow and disorganized, which set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself is very outdated—the rooms feel like they’re stuck in the 1980s and clearly have not been maintained to a modern standard.The biggest issue was that our room had no working air conditioning. After someone came up and “looked” at it, nothing was actually fixed. We were then told there were no other rooms available in our category, which was hard to believe given that the hotel did not appear busy during a midweek stay.To make matters worse, the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower door wouldn’t close, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor, and the shower head didn’t function properly either.Jovita at the front desk was especially unhelpful and rude. She made a show of looking for a manager, only to return and tell us there was nothing they could do. That level of service is unacceptable.If I’m paying for a room advertised with air conditioning, I expect it to work. The room temperature was sitting at 25°C (77°F), and the only solution offered was an OLD DIRTY barely working fan that did little to help.Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here—beware.
