  Very bad . Simple the breakfast is super bad with limited choice and bad employees. The reception desk is nonsense they don't do anything. I stayed 7 nights and my door card is useless every time I need to open my room door I need to come reception first to fix my card for total 8 days and they never did anything about it or even apologized. Simply they don't care and this is not hospitality attitude. Only thing good was the parking team .   Great Choice for Large Rooms and Family or Business

  St Isidro Corporate Housing was a great choice for our family. The rooms are nice, although they need some upgrades with USB outlets, and more outlets near the bed, some maintenance all around like paint especially in the bathrooms, but overall we were very happy.There was an issue with the reservation, we reserved a one bedroom Suite with King, and a Second Royal Suite with 4 King Size beds, however they do not have any rooms with 4 king size beds, and they explained that in Spanish they put the description as Larger Full Size beds, which do not exist, however they did provide us another bed in the Living Room which worked out fine for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and would absolutely book again!   Decent Stay, not good for recoveries

  This is a hard review. This hotel was highly recommended for a stay during a medical recovery. Housekeeping did not come on a consistent schedule and it was sometimes challenging to reach the front desk. Room service was also challenging even if you went in person to the onsite restaurant due to communication issues. I was told that I needed to physically come to the front desk to request a taxi the day before check out. Due to my mobility issues, this was hard but I still did it as told. When I got to the front desk, I was asked ton of questions and asked to provide the address of the hotel I was going to. I did. Nonetheless, on the next day, it was like none of that information was accurate. The driver was late and was ready to take us to the airport not to another hotel. I had to give all of the information (again). I also rented a shower chair from medical staff, and told them it was left in my suites bathroom several times. I even reached out to the GM of this hotel to let them know medical staff needs to pick up their chair. No one responded. Not sure if rented shower chair was ever picked up from my suite. If you are recovering from surgery, this was not ideal. If you are functional some of the communication issues must still be resolved. I still have an issue with the taxi situation because I wasted my strength for no reason. Throughout the entire stay, staff treated two recovering individuals like we were fully functional and we were not. Would not recommend for medical recovery.   Convenient Room… A lot of Space!

  Convenient space full suites if you need to “quarentene” before entering into US. All COVID protocols respected.Room service works as expected, and expect to receive a very warm treatment from the hotel staff.Also be aware that due to a close military base, you will be wake up by the army band at dawn ;)

  Excellent location in Polanco area, free parking in premises, friendly staff, ample and well equipped suite. Spa and laundry room. We got a spacious two-bedroom suite that provided for a very confortable stay with my family. My wife enjoyed a complimentary massage at the Spa. Works well both for business and leisure travel. No doubt will return and recommend gladly.
