The hotel has 132 rooms, including 6 suites, 24 single rooms and 60 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     You Won't Regret It

    "Roma Norte is a quiet, but active neighbourhood, and fantastic. Next to the Stanza: Quiet; park like boulevard street out the front door with benches and fountains. Trees everywhere. Quiet residential streets right there. Active; on the divided road out front there seemed like nothing but bars and restaurants of all kinds; street tacos, gelato, restaurants galore. Busy, but not crowded. Our favourite being the Argentinian steakhouse, Gardela. Visited twice. I mistakenly booked a king room, which doesn't have a sitting area, and for our 10 night I was choked. The wonderful staff at the front desk: Veronica, Regina, Olivet, Monica were able to get us into a suite for the last 7 nights. If you are on the run all day the rooms are good, but my wife and I like to rest a bit at some point in the day. I gave it 5 stars and I think they deserve it, but there were glitches along the way, all minor. Of the two elevators, one was down for about 3 days, but one was always working. Not all the lights worked in the room, but it was so unnoticeable that we let it go. Easy access to all major attractions. So good we left a hotel in Centro Historico after one night to come back for our last 2 nights in CDMX. The rooms are clean, well appointed and excellent value. You won’t regret it.     This hotel is in a great location. The neighborhood is pleasant. There are numerous restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance of several spots of interest. The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. There is a good restaurant on the first floor. The rooms are not fancy but are quite practical. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is quiet. Recommended.
