  A very bad experience that we did not expectWe found a building with no external signage. The staff was polite, but the room had curtains in very poor condition, wrinkled bedding, terrible pillows, a broken safe, and a dirty floor with a leaky shower. I don't think I'll be back.

  1. there is not air conditioning and fan, it is extremely hot2. the kitchen is not working, you have to go to another hotel to take your breakfast 3. there are not hangers inside closets4. Is very noisy 5. The manager doesn’t have solutions for nothing 6. TV system fails every time

  Our experience here was awful. Beds were hard as rock, Rooms without AC, fan or Heat so the same whether outside is the same weather in the bedroom, In our case it was too warm so we opened one window but the noise from the water pump kept us awake all night. We begged for a fan, so we can close windows, and the person on duty said all fans were used by other guests, they didn’t have more to provide; we asked him to please check the water pump and he said next day they will check. I asked him for a refund because we needed to find another hotel to stay but he said he didn’t have the power to authorize it, and next morning when we asked to speak with the manager it was her day off. So nothing was done and we ran away from this hotel exhausted and losing money. Please save yourself from all of these.

  We chose this hotel for our last night in Mexico in order to be in the same area of the wonderful Airbnb apartment we had for few days 2 weeks earlier. The location in Polanco was fine but the hotel was disappointing. This hotel was recommended by friends of us, but they had an apartment and so could not know about the quality of the double rooms. All of them are in the ground level around a patio while the reception is on one of its sides. Lights are on all night and you must keep the window, which faces the patio, permanently shut and covered with the blinds.When we got there the receptionists didn't speak any English and the porter helped us to communicate with them. The room was very dark with only one weak bed lamp. The reception called maintenance who turned to be an American person and he brought another bed lamp. Staff was o.k. as everywhere in Mexico and it helped the review score not to be too low. The Lobby and restaurant are small. For all this package we paid more than we paid per night for a modern 2 bedroom apartment next street.   Excellent service ambrocio was most helpful. We ask for a space heater and he actually went and bought us one. Our room was clean.
