    Unfortunately, I did not stay at this property. Is it still in business?I had some questions regarding the hotel and I sent an.email, in Spanish, twice. To date there has been no reply. I have tried to phone them at.different times and there is no one that.answers.This is a lower end place, yes, but still there is no excuse for lack of basic customer service. This poor first impression illustrated how my actual stay would have.been. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere, and I suggest that you do the same.

    Selected Suites Lerma based on location. It is a convenient place, steps away from Reforma. For the price paid, a good 'value'. Do not expect fancy amenities; but rooms are clean, nicely sized and comfortable.

    3BR of a modern hotel with a piano in the living room! This hotel was amazingly decorated, and everyone of the 3BR / 3BA felt likes its own room. Large rooms, Large beds, huge living room, PIANO, and dining table. The only thing this room was missing was the kitchen. There was an empty room in our suite, so we could only guess that is where the kitchen should of been. Gorgeous place, nice service, I would stay here again!

    The apartment hotel was in a very good location with lots of restaurants nearby. I wish there was a super market close by though. The room also had s fridge and a coffee maker and was cleaned daily. It was a very basic and small room though with no windows. It also had a very bad septic smell in the bathroom and in the room sometimes. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as it is quite noisy and the walls and doors are very thin. Also, they always forgot to replenish the coffee and bottled water in the room and I had to ask for it everyday in the lobby. How hard is that??? Try and request a room with a window.

    No water in the hotel!!!!

    I woke up at 5am to take a bath and there is no water in the hotel!!! Have been calling to reception since and at 6:15am somebody answered at last but tells me that the receptionists comes back until 10am!!!
