  The room was very nice. The only issue I had was that while I was sleeping, the cleaning lady opened my room door at 9:00 a.m. Thank God I had the extra door lock on, so she was only able to open the door halfway. She told me she was just checking to see if we were okay, which I found very strange. When I checked out, I mentioned to the lady at the front desk that someone had opened my door at 9 a.m., asking how that was possible and if it was normal. She told me that they usually check the rooms around 9 a.m. to see if the guests have already left or if they are okay, which I didn’t like and made me feel very uncomfortable.They don’t offer late check-out either.

  Don't SLEEP with the Devil...

  After the second stay at suites perisur and those that are assigned, paid to follow and subliminally harass me(based on my former municipal governmental employment status) quickly located me, the constant, timed Noise Disturbances commenced and continued until I checked out 4 nights after... Obviously, I would never support and/or spend my Money with them again and neither should you until they finally cease operating or apologize and make it Right with me!!

  Clean, beautiful suites. Excellent service. Close to a nice mall with a lot of familiar stores. Easy to catch a ride to local attractions. Quality suites that are a bargain for the price. Overall, great location and comfortable stay for a weekend getaway!

  I had traveled on a business trip to Mexico City during November 2019. I stayed for 15 days. I absolutely liked the place. Good points - Clean rooms, large rooms, Good service by the staff, courteous and prompt staff, had a corporate deal with the hotel which included 3 pieces of laundry every day which was an excellent deal and helped my folks who were staying for long like for 3 to 6 weeks. I was staying in B Block and all rooms were large ones and had kitchen in them. I could cook almost daily and they would clean all the vessels perfectly clean the next day morning. Overall, i felt very comfortable during the long stay. Now, for the not so good points - only two small bottles of water was provided per day. For some, it would be perfectly fine. For me, i drink a lot of water. And every additional small bottle was 10MXN. But, anyways, was not a big deal. Another point is about the breakfast. Yes, agreed that they never mentioned that the deal included breakfast, rather, they always mentioned that only coffee is included. So, considering that, it was good - just that, it cannot be considered as breakfast. Again, this point too is not on the hotel, it is just to set the expectations accordingly. To add to all this, the location is very good. It is right next to the main road and so has excellent connectivity.   Splendid Stay

  Spacious clean suite except the bath tub plumbing problem. Beautiful suite, friendly staff and clean immaculate place. Good location, quiet and away from trouble, but walking distance to bus stop that connects you to the Metro which is a fast, cheap transportation especially rush hour.
