  Front desk openly hostile to Jews

  The good: suites are spacious. Location is good if you need to be in that specific area.The bad: noisy, difficult to get in or out.The ugly: the people at the front desk are blatantly hostile. Just a small example: we keep the Sabbath, the lights were off and we asked them if they could turn them on (same floor, 20 meters away) they refused. When I asked a guest they intervened and told me not to talk to the guests. When the guest moved to do me that favor they told him not to do that. So we spent the day in darkness because the room we were given has no windows.

  TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY / AVOID IN FULL AS ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER

  Absolutely TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTAMENTE TERRIBLE!Suites Teca Once deserves 0 Stars in reality. If you are looking to stay in sub-hostel type setup and pay luxury hotel price and receive less than 1 star service this is your spot. Seriously avoid like the plague, this should not even qualify as a hotel or hostel based on the quality, lack of amenities, lack of working wifi which makes business use non-existent, lack of toilet paper, nowhere to iron clothing without possibly causing a fire, lack of friendly people at front desk with a can-do attitude, lack of clean towels, lack of clean nightstands that are not covered with years of stains. Our party had to bring toiletries, clean towels, toilet paper in from the supermarket as the property refused to provide these items even after multiple requests. In summary this is THE WORSE "HOTEL" OUR ENTIRE PARTY HAS EVER STAYED AT IN MEXICO and pretty much anywhere else .Most reviews mention the insane levels of noise and YES they are very accurate. Sleeping is difficult as the property amplifies noise to uncomfortable levels in the rooms. The front desk does nothing to help when the noise is excessive. God forbid you require anything during your stay as you will be asking why you stayed there. Anything and I mean anything you need will NOT be provided and the lack of cleanliness, working wifi in rooms, a working safe and most importantly customer service that is friendly and that helps makes it very easy to stay ANYWHERE ELSE and to receive a better experience. The owner should replace the people working the front desk with paper weights as the customer service offered would be the same. CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IN FULL. Hopefully this helps the community to avoid the worse experience possible that this place specializes in.

  One of the worst places I've stayed while in Mexico City.

  My stay at Suites Teca Once was nightmarish, to say the least!! Rooms were left uncleaned, bathrooms same thing. We had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, since there was none. Same thing with hangers, etc. When we asked for an ironing board the staff's answer was "people don't use ironing boards any more. Iron on the bed". The staff was unfriendly, would not even greet us when we came in. The price was extremely expensive (close to $500.00/night). This place is not worth more than $30.00/night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME booking this place.

  The kids and I had an excellent experienced during our stay at Suite Teca once.All staff are very nice and helpful. I used their gym most of the time. Free Laundry and my only concern is to put few utensils for the kitchen. Parking is too tight though but excellent location. The restaurant across is very handy.

  I stayed in a mini suite. It is a loft and a lot of narrow stairs to get to the room makes it difficult with luggage. Once inside the room is spacious with a large closet. The bathroom was also large. The hot water handle was missing from the shower but it did work. The glass doors are stained with water marks. Downstairs is a small living room with kitchen. The carpet is stained and nasty and needs to be replaced. There was no refrigerator or microwave. Suites Teca Once does not have an ice machine.
