    Central location and everything was walkable. Excellent ambiance and hotel quality placed in a historic building - no noise in the inner rooms facing a central patio. Best was the service- Cesar, Manuel, Larisa- but overall Carolina and Patricia at the restaurant.

    We had an amazing stay and a truly beautiful time—this is a lovely property and we would absolutely consider visiting again.The room, service, and overall experience were great. The only small suggestion I’d offer is to add felt pads to the chairs in both the rooms and on the balconies. They can be quite noisy when moved, and the sound carries into other rooms when guests or staff shift them around.As for the location, the area itself is perfectly fine and felt safe, but if you’re planning to stay for a few days and want to maximize your time exploring, I would recommend staying in Roma Norte. We found that many of the things we wanted to do—like visiting bazaars, museums, and popular spots—were concentrated there, so it would have been a bit more convenient.Overall, a great experience with just a small improvement opportunity. Would definitely return!
