  This hotel does not disappoint. It is new and the rooms are clean, spacious and we'll appointmented. My room had a large, walk-in shower with a rain option or hand-held and a nice bench to sit on and a room with a toilet and a door that you can actually shut for privacy. It includes a Continental breakfast for the unheard of price of $45.

  Terrible service from the restaurant, the gentlemen are very rude, they understand you when they want, I paid for a service and the treatment they give me is not fair, I do not understand the good comments that there are about the hotel because they really are not real, some rooms do not like them They serve the air and tell you that the technician will come tomorrow and they never fix it Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.mx.   very good hotel. big rooms, very clean, super service (check in 2 o clock in the morning), very friendly. for a small surcharge good food for breakfast (from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.). W-LAN and smoke area outside.The next time i stay in texcoco i will check in again.

  Great Overnight Place in Texcoco

  OK, so this is a complicated one. Texcoco has a reputation that does not exactly place it as a destination place. Everyone just gets on past Texcoco and stays in Mexico City or in Puebla. Xcoco is a nice, clean, safe hotel that offers a stopping place, either en route or for neat local attractions like the Baño de Nezahualcoyotl archeological site nearby. The hotel is neat and clean, has nice-quality beds and bedding, and has very current fixtures. The staff are pleasant and open, and made our stay quite nice. The horse-focused decor is a bit kitchy, but it is OK.There are two downsides that need to be mentioned. First, the normal, family-friendly hotel, is paired with the "Ipico Motor-Hotel" which is a pay-by-the-hour, hookup spot. The two are connected, but you can go to the Xcoco Hotel without any connection to the hookup joint. The other downside is the restaurant and breakfast service--it is slow, and the food is not optimal. That is, there is one lady trying hard to serve all of the tables (we were not sure if she was not also doing the cooking!) ... it seemed just too much for her to manage. The hotel would do well to consider hiring an additional staff member to make the restaurant and breakfast better.

  A new hotel with a lot to learn

  The Hotel its placed just outside Texcoco, near an highway. Very new. Incredible big rooms (20m2), with very comfortable beds or bed ( some of the rooms have 2 beds) with private bathrooms.The service is friendly and willing to please but inexperienced. Breakfast only starts at 08:00h and it's really very basic (continental version included in the room price). They don't have fresh bread all the time and they serve sometimes package toasts. They also offer alternatives to this Breakfast like buffet but all very basic.The price is excellent, the location is not so good because it's outside town and you can only go out by taxi or your own car.They need to improve a lot on the Breakfast, in the quality, also in the time table and in the preparation of the room for the meals (Breakfast, lunch and Dinner) with more privacy and comfort for the eyes as well as the body. I mean a more cosy and intimate room.I also suggest that it was advisable to have a small room near the reception, with facilities for the guests stay with more privacy and besides the sofas also with tables and normal chairs.Anyway, there is a lot to improve but I will repeat the stay if I come again to Texcoco.
