  Carpets are not clean, furniture requires maintenance, breakfast was cold.Infrastructure seems to be getting worse.

  My stay in this hotel was comfortable and comfy. Th hotel feels modern, clean and the rooms are spacious and well keep. The location is pristine, just inside a mall with tons of food options, stores and activities. Staff was always friendly and were eager to acomodate me and my partner in a room with a nice view.

  We received an upgraded room at check in and it was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and I loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, the curtains were remote, that was the best part to open the curtains in bed and seeing the beautiful mountains el Cerro de la silla, I think is what its called. Absolutely will recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

  nice hotel, great location but poor/non-existent service during breakfast

  overall hotel is ok for the price. not stellar but ok. main complaint is the wait staff during breakfast. they are there but they won't wait on you. went to breakfast two mornings in a row and first morning, the waiter was very rude and would not wait on me. then stood over me with the check before I was done eating. I gave him a 5% tip when really he did nothing. visibly, you could tell he was upset. next morning, no one would even seat me so I just seated myself. then no one would wait on me at all. but, when I was done, waiter comes with check and asks for a tip... laughable. I tried to talk to the management team but no one seems to care. - too bad. as a guest, I pay good money and just expect to be treated with decent service... ie, offer me coffee, ask if I need a refill (can't get coffee on buffet only wait staff). both days, was not many other tables so not busy. but did observe others not having this problem. Not sure what to make of it. Other issue is the bathrooms smell very bad of sewer gas. I think it's poor engineering design for the drains but it's really bad.
