  Mixed review. Friendly restaurant staff. Pool area was nice. No hot water daily unless you shower around 10 pm. Cool showers otherwise.Barely any towels provided in the room. The two bath towels (no hand towels, face cloths, or bath mats), are taken at 0900 daily and if you are lucky, they are returned by 4pm. but most days they weren't. Kleenex not replenished. Front desk staff mostly rude and indifferent. Breakfast buffet is really inedible. Dinner is okay..... For the 5 days I was here, there was no red wine in the hotel for 4 of them. Pool area nice and the gentleman cleaning the pool works very hard :) The pool loungers are very uncomfortable, but you can use the other chairs if you need.A/C is noisy but it works. Room smells extremely musty. Room had issues on check in (no top door lock, safe didn't work) but these were attended to as soon as we called, so that was appreciated.

  The goodThe rooms are nice and clean for the price. The shuttle to the airport is 24/7 every 30 mins.The bad.The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because in my reservation through Expedia it said a King bed and instead they gave me a room with two matrimonial beds.

  It took 50 minutes to pick me up at the Airport Terminal. Terrible experience

  Once I was outside the terminal with my luggage I called the hotel to see if the pick up service was available. The lobby assistant told me that it was available and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to pick me up. After 30 minutes I called again, and the told me that they drove by and nobody was there, but the shuttle was on the way. After 40 minutes I called, and I was told that the shuttle was full at another terminal and it had to go the hotel first to unload passengers. After 50 minutes I called and they said it was out to pick me up. Finally arrived and it took 5 minutes to take me to the hotel. I told the front desk lady that it was a very bad service and if it was going to take an hour, they should have told me that instead of having me waiting. I could have taken a taxi or going for a coffee. Then the driver shuttle jump in the conversation and said it was my mistake by not calling just when the airplane landed (maybe he does not know that the hotel policy is to call when you are outside the terminal). I told him thank you for your comments and I continue talking to front desk lady stating that this is not the Wyndham quality service. Then the shuttle driver jumped into the conversation and said that I was being rude to the ladies and he was going to call to police to have me arrested for yelling in the front desk. I told him to go ahead and call the police. Finally, after being threatened by the shuttle driver employee that was controlled by other front desk ladies, I check in and went to my room. I did not sleep at all. The front desk ladies were very nice and apologize to me for the inconvenience. Worst experience ever.

  Terrible experience that left us with food poisoning

  We stayed 1 night in this hotel on the 15th October with our 2 dogs, before flying the next day to Mexico City. The room itself was okay apart from the very uncomfortable hard pillows.we ordered room service due to having the dogs and not being able to take them to a restaurant. The food was cold, I had two bites of my cheese tacos with rice and it was disgusting. It smelt like must cows. We all left most of it. The next morning, we flew early and arrived to family in Mexico City for 6 days before relocating to Europe. That very afternoon, my husband and I started to get chills , stomach pain and could not be far from a toilet. My eldest son has not been able to stop vomiting.I was hospitalized for food poisoning 2 years ago and this feels exactly the same!!!!!!Now instead of enjoying 6 days with our family we are consulting Drs and in bed.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, now it makes me question their Covid protocols too!

  Very nice and confortable, the pool is great, also the rooms, and it's no expesive if you compare against another hotels with the same price but with different facilities, It's a very great option....
