I’m surprise that there are good comments about the hotel here and I’m very sorry to say but my experience at the CHN Hotel it was terrible. We are a group of 14 people and no one had a good experience.Disorganized restaurant - started arrives after 45 minutes. I still didn’t have my main course (I ordered yesterday). Beside of that, unfortunately the food has no taste. The caeser salad took 50 minutes to arrive and it didn’t look like a proper salad. We had to go do a fast food to get something to eat.The room has Musty air.No good connection of internet to work properly. I had to spend all my day in the lobby to be able to work.The windows are terribly dirty and it does not open - We can not get fresh air. And while we are trying to get some rest we see someone in our window cleaning it without we getting informed. Some of us were getting out of the shower and walking naked. That was so embarrassing.The barthroom was not cleaned properly.The telephone from the room does not work.There is coffee machine in the room, but there is no cups.There is a hair dryer holder in the bathroom, but there was no hair dryer - I had to go to the lobby to request for one as the phone was not working.Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was discussing... Carpets and hallways dirty and unvacuumed. First room we got had dirty sheets... second room, clogged sink and shower.... carpets didn't look clean... room smelled nasty.It was unbearable.Although the front desk and waiters at restaurant try to do their best... it really didn't feel comfortable.... I didnt want to be barefoot on the room or bathroom.... Morning breakfast, coffee was bad, cold, not enough staff at restaurant and one waiter couldn't take care of all people, even when he did his best.It's a shame that few of the workers/staff really tried to do their best... but there were too many issues.... The price for the room doesn't justify it... since we switched hotels as soon as we could and paid less not far away... and was AMAZING new AND CLEAN hotel!I decided to write this so either Wydham takes action and corrects this... or for others to not even go there IT WAS horrible! Nice hotel in Centro

The hotel is nice and in walking distance to Centro where there is plenty of shopping and resturants. The room was clean and wifi was strong. The outside window was dirty and hard to take a picture out of it. The towels were sub par. The indoor pool was not heated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just OK, noting special. The parking garage is under the hotel. There is 3 days that I am asking them to come fixe my toiliet. 4 times in 3 days and nothing. The gym is dangerous. You can hurt your self. Peoplo are nice but just missing some important stuff. And yes, there was an dying fly on the table of my breackfast. Lots of money for not a great service. I am still here till tomorrow. SPIDERWEBS ON CEILINGS

There were a lot of spiderwebs on ceilings room, the manager gave us a new one, but this had the same issue room 805 and 817. They didn't react after our complain, just took notice without any feedback. Poor construction finishes everywhere.
