  We got confused wanting to stay at the CHN Monterrey Centro, which we had an idea based on reviews was good for sleeping, but we had no idea that there was another one.When we arrived at the CHN Sta Fe, we found that the location was truly horrible, in the surrounding area there were mmm, I don't know if they are called "cholos", but people with very bad faces, the hotel itself looks shabby and Since the parking lot is very small, they wanted the car to stay on the street (how is that possible knowing the area it is in?), we booked a Kingsize room and why not? Since they no longer had space, they gave us a double... when we entered the room it was extremely dirty, without exaggeration, hair and pubic hair everywhere even on the sheets and the worst thing, there are animals in the beds, we woke up with many bites, like this that not even the cost is worth risking our physical integrity. We had a reservation for 4 nights, but definitely and although very cumbersome, we requested a refund documenting everything that happened!!The only redeemable thing is the staff, who, although not trained or empowered to provide solutions, and knowing that those of us who complain are absolutely right, try to listen and be empathetic (you can see the pain of others they feel) and therefore, They try to be nice. , Propietario at CHN Hotel Monterrey Santa Fe, responded to this review sr. buenas tardes.entendemos que el entorno del hotel no le haya gustado, pero el hotel se encuentra en perfecto estado y sus habitaciones limpias, se le sugirió otro hotel de la misma cadena de mayor categoría, el cual comento le quedaba muy lejos, nuestro hotel por lo regular está en 90 % por eso el estacionamiento estaba un poco saturado.Como lo mencionamos en nuestros sitios, este hotel es versión económica, le invitamos que, en próximas ocasiones, reserve en nuestros hoteles de mayor categoría en el Centro de la ciudad o aeropuerto.
