  Dirty rooms, suitcases must be carried by hand to the lift floor.I chose this hotel because it had at least 4-star services, but it turned out to be disappointing.   Although the location is great, the hotel is old and not well taken care of. Many areas need renovation and better maintenance.   The mold in the rooms, state of the hotel infrastructure is in REAL disrepair. Parking had sewage water leaking on the floor, carpet was dirty beyond description, bed linens with stains, dark and dingy, bathroom cracked tiles, AC and inside air quality OMG ! the MOLD WAS UNBEARABLE.   nice place to stay but food prices over from overall

  this is a really nice and comfy hotel, located in the hearth of San Pedro Garza Garcia, and it make you feel you are in a nice house in a country house as it has the atmosphere to be in a posh ranch.!! just be careful when ordering food on food service room as we paid around $780 MXN around $42 USD for a single burger with fries,!! so I think its over the price to high!! apart from that our stayed was really nice and we had a relaxed day.!!

  The hotel is nice and the service is great, but the rooms need updating. Mine in particular was too cold and I could not control the temperature even after calling service. The tub dials were also whacky and were not working well.
