Noisy room.

Our room 1606 was next to the hotel AC units and I guess other machines that did not stop through the night. The hotel was probably half empty. Why would you assign rooms like this. I understand if this was during the week and the hotel full but not on a weekend and the hotel half empty. Not for the business traveller

the Safi from the outside is a beautiful looking hotel. but unfortunately but a very business friendly. Was not able to connect for Teams or Zoom calls not even without the video on, had calls dropping and had to leave the hotel for business calls. Even the wifi in the lobby and restaurants was brutal. Tried to connect with management on issues before arrival, through my stay and after arrival and no manager ever reached out or acknowledged messages (no interest in any connection now). Certainly no where near a 5-star experience. The hotel was clean and quiet for sleeping. The room had a nice view but was not a nice room - not functional and poorly designed. Would certainly not return, not business friendly if you want to be productive.
