    rating05 May 2025

The place is just OK but doesn’t fall into red standards service is very limited. Breakfast is awful. Nobody nobody except one person speak English. The pool doesn’t even work. Everything is dirty. The rooms are pretty good and the sheets are pretty clean, but otherwise the hotel is pretty much a disaster. I’m surprised it’s named radison

    Poor experience

    rating27 May 2024

This place has a good location, and staff is very friendly, that's all I can add as positive, the Lobby smell like a wet towel was left in there for a month, (I read a past review and this hasn't improved), the room assigned first had the toilet dirty, they change us to another room, only two towels and the hand towel was dirty, I ask for towels and the guest service send me to get it from where they store them, room was hot (Monterrey was at 98 degrees) and only give you one key, we went to have dinner and when we return the room was hot again, it takes long time to cool the room.In the morning I walk into the dining room and grab a cup of coffee, I only want this morning coffee, but when I ask if it was complementary they told me no it cost 60.00 pesos (that's about 3.5 US dollars) for a self service cup of coffee, and when I pay I felt obligated to leave tip. I spoke with the manager and told her about all this and she just told me they will work on this (I feel they will not). However too expensive for the service and cleaning.

    Quite disappointed

    rating01 Jan 2024

Firstly I choose this hotel because side it had a swimming pool prominently featured on Expedia and it’s own website. After check-in I changed into my swim wear and went to the roof top only to find the pool and jacuzzi closed. Reception tells me of course it is, and will be for the next 3 months. Then why is this not clearly stated in their listing, or mentioned upon confirmation or signage at the property? Next issue, no fridge in the room, despite listed as a standard amenity. Then the safe doesn’t work, I call front desk and no answer. I go downstairs find the clerk on talking their cell phone. They tell me it will be addressed, no one shows up. Mention this again in the morning and when I return at end of day still not resolved. Then I notice I was charged twice for my stay. Instead of the standard security deposit, the hotel charges me in full despite me paying Expedia in advance. I call the front desk, no answer again. So I contact Expedia, they confirm my payment and promises to call front desk. After being on hold for 20 minutes they tell me their calls aren’t being answered (big surprise!) and they will address in the morning. Upon checkout they acknowledge the error and offer breakfast as a courtesy. And guess what, the restaurant is closed and I have to leave for my flight in half hour.Very disappointed given the amenities not provided as stated and the billing issue. I will not be returning and likely will not use any Radisson property again.

    More bad than Good reviews

    rating08 Jan 2023

I will start by the bad things I found at My last visit. Upon arriving at Parking lot. Its confusing because Lobby is on 3rd Floor , so you have 2 elevators to take. First elevator smelled really bad due to sewer problem. Light at the elevator hall was off. When arriving at Main Lobby you will notice there is no water to drink and/or coffee. You need to get it either at room (which is awful and theres only one small bottle of water) or pay at Restaurant .Restaurant by the way is empty most of the time since they don t offer neither continental or full breakfast with your roomI ordered a breakfast (ham and eggs ) and it was expensive and very small portion . Ordered a bottle of water for my pills and found out they didnt know the price right away. After some time they told me it was 60 pesos. Expensive for Mexico. Then realized , it was mineral water. They didnt have regularRoom A/C was noisy and odd. I lowered temperature and the room was like in the 80’s then it went down to the 70’s , so it was really cold for some time and then you started to sweat. Very noisy rooms , not enough privacy and room service leaves at 2PM , main reason for being so pushy to clean it in the morning. Apart from those issues , Hotel was very clean and personnel was Ok. Melanie Molina, Other at Radisson Hotel Monterrey San Jeronimo, responded to this review Thank you for writing a review. We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with the clean hotel and staff. On the other hand, we are saddened to know that your experience was anything less than satisfying due to the smell of the elevator, the concern you had with the lobby and with the restaurant as well as the condition of the AC and the room at that time. As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel experience, we are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to provide you with an experience that is truly excellent in all aspects.

Great stay!!! Staff very considerate of our sudden change in plans by honoring our last night's cancellation request :-) Definitely recommend the hotel, it's location (near the Galleria Mall) and friendly service.
