  Pool is dirty. Food is expensive and not that good. Room is ok (maybe, if you don’t have high standards) Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Parking lot is very uncomfortable. Lobby coffee is hideous.The street is very busy and the room does not help to reduce the noise, so there is a chance you are going to be awaken in the middle of the night by a bus or something.

  If you are a salesman going to Laredo, nothing very wrong for a quick night. Wifey was not too happy about the motel part though, with less than perfect cleanliness.I have to say, I was fooled by nice photos on reservation site, and ok price.

  I was in Monterrey for business for 3 days. Stayed at the Royal Court.Hotel is convinient and offer a good Buffet breakfast but rooms are not ideal.A little old and my Room had a weird sound all night had a hard time sleeping because of it.Wifi is pretty fast SIhotelscorporativo, Director de Relaciones con Clientes at Sleep Inn Monterrey Norte, responded to this review Thanks for taking the time to write a review.   Went to this hotel for my tio's 60th birthday. We rented 3 rooms. Great service @ the front desk as we were arriving. The rooms were in excellent condition. Very satisfying service @ the restaurant. Great continental breakfast.   This has to be the smallest room that I have ever bee to in the Best Western group, We stayed two adults and two children and we barely fit in it. Other than that we have a good experience overall during our stay. The swimming pool is excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect to reach any part of the city without any problem.
